THE TERMS

PLAIN LANGUAGE, BECAUSE THE LAW ACTUALLY REQUIRES THAT · LAST UPDATED 27 JULY 2026

These are the terms between you and GOAT Pixels (Amsterdam, KvK 82724822), the company that runs FFLOWERS. If you use the app, they apply. We've written them to be read.

WHAT THIS SERVICE IS

A place to be introduced to a small number of people in Amsterdam, and to arrange to meet them in real life. It is 18+ only. It is not a marketplace, an escort service, or a place to sell anything.

YOUR ACCOUNT

WHAT WE MAY REMOVE, AND WHY

Our content rules are in the house rules, and they're short. We remove content and restrict accounts for breaking them, or when content is illegal.

Photos are reviewed by a human before anyone else sees them. That human is the founder. There is no automated classifier making decisions about you, and no automated decision with legal effect is made about you at all.

If we remove something of yours or restrict your account, we tell you what and why, and you can reply to contest it — a real person reads the reply. That's not a courtesy, it's a requirement under the Digital Services Act and we'd do it anyway.

REPORTING SOMETHING

Every profile has a report control. If you believe content is illegal — not merely unpleasant — say so and explain why, and it gets treated as a legal notice rather than a preference. Reporting someone also blocks them immediately, because nobody should have to keep looking at someone to complain about them.

If we ever suspect a threat to someone's life or safety, we will contact the police and preserve the evidence. We won't ask your permission first.

WHAT IT COSTS

Nothing has been decided, so we're not going to promise you a price we might not keep. What we will commit to, permanently: no boosters, no tiers, no pay-to-be-seen, and we will never sell your data. If a charge ever appears it will be for access, announced before it happens, and it will never buy someone a better position in front of you.

WHEN THINGS GO WRONG

We built this carefully but it's a small operation, and we don't promise the service is always available or that you'll meet anyone. What happens between two people who meet through this app is between them. We are not a party to it, we can't supervise it, and our liability is limited to what Dutch law allows us to limit it to. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.

ENDING IT

You can delete your account yourself, any time, from your profile page. It's immediate and it's real — the row is gone and photo files are erased from disk in the same action. We can close an account for breaking the house rules, and we'll tell you why.

THE BORING BITS

Dutch law applies. Dutch courts have jurisdiction. If a clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we change these terms materially we'll say so on the site before the change takes effect, not after.

Contact and single point of contact for legal notices: info@goatpixels.com — a human answers, usually the same day.
